Gulf County Shipbuilding is located at the end of Old Dynamite Dock Road on the Gulf County Canal near the Intracoastal Waterway.  The entrance is located on Route 71 just south of the White City Intracoastal bridge about 6 miles northeast of Port Saint Joe Florida.

The photo below shows a birds eye view of the shipyard looking to the east. The Old Dynamite Dock Road is seen departing the shipyard and the highway 71 White City Intracoastal Bridge and canal is visible in the distance on the left. Since this picture was taken, the basin has been completely opened and the road leading into the shipyard from highway 71 has been paved under a $2 Million dollar Florida road grant.

The photo below looking northeast shows the mailbox at the entrance of Old Dynamite Dock Road (to the left).  Highway 71 and the southern approach to the White City Intracoastal Bridge are visible in the distance.
